  • By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content only to operate Text2Podcast.
  • You are solely responsible for all content submitted, generated, published, or shared through your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws, intellectual property rights, third-party rights, or these terms.

5. Linked content

  • Text2Podcast may process content from external links you provide.
  • We do not control or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
  • Accessing external sites is at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for how users choose, transform, or redistribute third-party content through the service.

6. Disclaimer

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Text2Podcast is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • This includes, without limitation, losses related to data, revenue, profits, business interruption, or third-party services.

8. Account termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from settings, or request deletion by emailing hi@text2podcast.com.
  • We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal risk, abuse, or security threats.
  • We may remove or disable access to content when we reasonably believe it creates legal exposure, security risk, or rights violations.

9. Modifications

  • We may update these terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.
  • Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use after those updates means acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
